Registration for all 2026 race distances will open in August 2025.
REFUNDS & deferrals
You can make your registration refundable by adding ACTIVE REFUND* at checkout. Receive a refund if you are unwilling or unable to attend the event for any reason. Submit a refund request 48 hours prior to the start of the event. You will see the option to purchase ACTIVE REFUND during registration check out. Visit refund.active.com/event to submit a Refund Request and view the Terms & Conditions. *ACTIVE REFUND not available to Washington state residents.
2026 entries may be deferred to the 2027 Eugene Marathon for a $30 deferral fee between January 10 - April 5, 2026. Deferments are not accepted after April 5 and may not be used beyond 2027. To defer (after January 10, 2026), log into your Active Network account: myevents.active.com/eugenemarathon, find your 2026 event and follow the prompts to “Change Event.”
RACE POLICIES
Unless you purchase the ACTIVE refund policy (see below for more info), entry fees are non-refundable, and bib numbers are not transferable to other runners. No exceptions, including unexpected or late injuries.
Entries may be deferred to the following year for the $30 deferral fee during the deferral window between January 10 - April 5, 2026. Deferments are not accepted after April 5, 2026 and may not be used beyond 2027.

CONFIRM YOUR REGISTRATION
To confirm your 2026 registration, log into your Active Network account. Take the time to update any necessary information like your estimated finish time, sign waivers, update your mailing address, etc. Can’t find your registration? We recommend logging completely out of the system, clearing your cache/cookies and trying again to make sure you are not inadvertently logged in under an old or different Active account.

Charity running programs
Run for a reason
Run for a Reason, and for free, with a commitment to fundraise for the charity of your choice! The official charity program of the Eugene Marathon offers participants the opportunity to run for a cause! Register to Run for a Reason with one of our charity partners and make a commitment to a fundraising goal. Raise a minimum amount for one of our participating charities, your registration fees will be covered by the charity, and you will be on your way to the finish line! Check back after registration opens in August to join a 2026 charity team.
