VIP Race Pass

Get the VIP treatment! - $150

The Eugene Marathon VIP Race Pass provides participants a little extra luxury and ease on race day! The VIP Race Pass for participants includes:

  • Race Day Packet Pick-Up or dedicated VIP line at the Expo for fast, easy pick-up.

  • Reserved parking space one block from the start line on Sunday (approximately Agate & 17th)

  • Pre-Race VIP (Section 110):

    • Opens at 5:30am - Private restrooms, gear check and coffee/beverages

    • Pre-race access to the track at Hayward Field to warm-up alongside the Eugene Marathon Elite Field

    • Guaranteed entry into Corral A or B

  • Post Race VIP Celebration Zone (Section 110)

    • Light breakfast buffet, including muffins, bagels, Krusteaz pancakes, Hop Valley beer, House Wine and mimosas

    • Private restrooms and gear check pick-up

    • Prime photo-op and viewing of Hayward Field

  • iTab personalized ribbon medal (mailed approximately 3 weeks post event)

  • VIP participants can purchase guest passes for friends and family to join you in the Celebration Zone (open after 8:00am for guests).

    • $50 (ages 10 and older), $25 (kids 9 and under)

Purchase the VIP Race Pass & Guest Passes when registering. If you have already registered and wish to add the VIP Race Pass and/or Guest Passes to your registration, log into your Active MyEvents account. Find the correct event and click “purchase merchandise.” Follow the prompts to add tickets. If not sold out, the deadline to add the VIP Race Pass or Guest Passes ends on Wednesday, April 24 at 11:59 pm.

VIP Guest Pass

Celebrate with Friends & Family - $50 & $25

Guests of participants who have purchased the VIP Race Pass can join their runner in the VIP Celebration Zone beginning at 8:00am on race day. Enjoy celebrating together! Ticket includes entrance to the VIP Celebration Zone in Section 110 inside Hayward Field, light breakfast buffet and beverages.

  • Ages 10 and above = $50

  • Kids 9 and under = $25

If you have already registered and wish to add the VIP Guest Pass to your registration, log into your Active MyEvents account. Find the correct event and click on “purchase merchandise.” Follow the prompts to add VIP Guest Pass. If not sold out before, the deadline to add the VIP Guest Pass ends on Wednesday, April 24 at 11:59 pm.

VIP Race Pass - Race Weekend Details

VIP Packet Pick-Up

If you plan to attend the Health & Wellness Expo to pick-up your packet, proceed directly to the VIP Desk for pick-up. If you plan to skip the Expo and pick-up your bib on Sunday morning between 5:30 – 6:30 am at Hayward Field, please email info@eugenemarathon.com before Thursday, April 25 at 12:00 pm. We will email you your parking pass and further instructions on where to check-in.

VIP Parking

The VIP Parking Lot is located at approximately 17th & Agate and is only accessible race morning from the east side of Agate. Please refer to the parking maps below for more information. The parking pass you receive at the Expo (or email, if picking up on race day) must be shown to security to enter the lot. Place the pass on your dash for the remainder of the day.

VIP Pre-Race

The entrance to the VIP Pre-Race Zone is on the south concourse, inside Hayward Field. Enter from Agate st. and proceed up the ramp. At the top of the ramp, turn right and head toward the pancake breakfast. A Eugene Marathon volunteer will welcome you and assist you the rest of the day. Enjoy a pre-race lap or two around the track to get your legs warmed up!

VIP Post-Race

Once you have finished the race, follow other runners off the track, through the tunnel under the stadium and up the stairs to the south concourse. Make your way through the Finish Festival to the same location from before the race to the Celebration Zone in Section 110. Enjoy and celebrate a great race!

VIP Guest Pass

Friends and family may purchase a Guest Pass to the VIP Celebration Zone in Section 110. The Celebration Zone opens at at 8:00am. Guests will enjoy a light breakfast and beverages while taking in the Hayward Magic. See above instructions for adding a VIP Guest Pass to your registration.
